72 Perth Inc is a subsidiary company of Castlepoint Numa, a developer with 30+ years of experience developing residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Founded in 1988, Castlepoint is a leader in the development industry with significant experience delivering globally recognized projects across the Greater Toronto Area and selected markets in the United States. Castlepoint is a value-based development company and our projects are recognized for their vision, aesthetics and innovative expertise.

Castlepoint Numa has been working in the Perth and Sterling neighbourhood for over a decade (since 2008), including the adaptive reuse of the Auto BLDG. at 158 Sterling Road, the construction of the new townhouses at 20 Perth Avenue, and the master planned development of 150, 158, 164, 181, and 200 Sterling Road and 20 Perth Avenue.
